By accessing or using EraseGPT, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use EraseGPT.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Payment Processing: We use RevenueCat to process all payments. By making a purchase, you agree to RevenueCat's terms of service.
  • Subscription Plans: We offer monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
  • Credit Purchases: We offer one-time credit purchases that can be used for specific services within the app.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the billing period.
  • Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@zyur.io.
  • Credit Purchases: One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account.
  • Trial Periods: If we offer a free trial, you will be automatically charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expiration date.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service.
  • Share your account with others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on EraseGPT are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our branding without permission.

7. Disclaimer

EraseGPT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EraseGPT and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
